I messaged the seller with hope they will correct the description on their own. It could be reported on CCF for the blurry pics alone, I'm just not feeling up to it.

The seller responded to say "thanks," but they have yet to change their listing...

There's also a lot of NCG and some fly by night creole slab from a New Orleans dealer. That one kills me as he lists it (taped over in the photos) as "grade unavailable due to ebay policy.".

can't read the description as the item has been removed.
would be nice if posters copied and pasted the descriptions/photos etc as after the listing is removed it's hard for anyone to learn, be aware, spread the news etc
all any future viewer of this thread has to go on is the pictures that were posted, and it's pretty clear that this isn't from NGC

Scan not a photo. The NTC slabs are fairly deep and so the fixed focus of the scanner on the glass gets fooled.
That is what I call NTC2 - notice the letters inside the mold on the front bottom right. There are something like twenty companies that have used the same slab... ProxiBid auctions are a hotbed of this recently.
AGP (American Grading Professional) ANI (American Numismatic Institute) CCGS (Certified Coin Grading Service) EMGC (Elite Master Grading Company) ENG (Eagle Numismatic Grading) ICGA (Independent Coin Grading Authentication) IGS (International Grading Service) LVCS (Liberty View Certification Service) NANC (North American Numismatic Certification) NPSC (Numispro) NTC (Numistrust) NTC II (current successor to NTC) OBCS (Official Buyers Certification Service) PCSS (Prestige Coin Slabbing Service) PGS (Professional Grading Service) PNA (Professional Numismatic) PNCS (Professional Numismatic Certification Service) PNGS TDCS (The Distinguished Coin Specialists) WHSG (World High Standards Grading)
NGS (Numismatic Grading Service of India) uses what appears to be a similar slab, I haven't had one in-hand to check
Most of these are so bad at grading that I haven't given them an album, just a repurposed Biscotti bucket.

There's only 4 that ebay allows to have the grade shown which are PCGS, NGC, ICG, and ANACS. There's a search option for CAC as well, but those four companies are the only ones where you're allowed to list the numerical grade or show it in pictures.

Unofficially, they also allow ICCS and CCCS (Canadian grading companies).
