What Kinds Of Errors Are These And How Are They Caused?

The 1st 2 examples with very defined smudges only on one letter have 1 pic with no light & a pic with light. The "T" and "Y" pics are from the same coin. I occasionally see junk next to letters or numbers like the last pic with "7", what causes these things and what are they called Report this Post to the Staff

The letter O seems to have a partially broken post and the letter Y may be part of a Retained Cud.
