Also not there is an area above the 'N' on Cent that is also affected. A lamination often runs in a straight line. But this is not happening on this coin. Also a lamination is often loosened by the setup process because the proto rim is formed and loosens a lamination because if intersects to the rim. There doesn't appear to be an issue on this coin. Thus I feel it was a struck through. Report this Post to the Staff
