I thought that to but the rest of the coin is in great shape and the coin is a little off center qould that have anything to do with it

If you are thinking that you have a MAD, then please post overall photos of the obv and rev. Speaking of photographs, your close-ups are really great, but I would request that you rotate them 90 degrees so that they are right-side up. Thx!

Yeah I'm still trying to get use to this scope and colecting coins also to be honest I fill like I don't know anything compared to some of you guys anyways let me see if I can get you some pics

@E&V, glad to have your input, but we are currently talking about the fact that the obv of this coin is slightly off center while the rev is on center. That is MAD.

The lines on the devices is called striation lines for the edge of the devices moving across the coin.
