CRH find. Looks like full bands to my eye, I'm asking y'all that know your opinion. Also there is a raised mark in the D. Is this possibly an error coin? If so is it TPG worthy of you decide it is FB

Your close-ups pics are a bit fuzzy, but it could be a partly broken post on that mm. I can't imagine that it is worth the expense of slabbing, but am interested to see what others think.

They still list split bands on the Roosevelt dimes, but why is my question? The split bands are common them.
