I think that's the date in the second photo - 792 in Eastern Arabic digits.
More likely to be 792 AH (1389/90 AD), but could in principle be 1792 AD.

I can't really give you any more of a direction, but knowing the date might be helpful
My guess, for what it's worth, would be Golden Horde or Ottoman, but it's not much more than a wild guess.

Yes, an Ottoman akche, Bayezid I, as the numista decription, always dated 792 and without mint name. Album 1291.
