The letters from "e pluribus unum" looked a lot fatter to me after looking at several 1986-p quarters. Especially the "RIBUS" part on how close together the devices are. The last pic will be of another 1986-p for comparison. This-Has-To-Be-The-One,-1986-P-Washington-Quarter-DDR?

The holes in the "B" & "R" are smaller also. Is this another way to tell if the devices have been fattened?

I only see circulation wear and flattening here. No Doubled Die Reverse.

Variety Vista doesn't have a listing for that year:

Wexler has one for that year, but it is not a strong one, and not on that area:

Definitely far from being knowledgeable about coins, but it looks like a normal coin to me.
