Very interesting coin! Maybe some type of Lamination error? Not sure honestly, but it's definitely a legitimate error coin for sure.
Errers and Varietys.

Photo of reverse and edge please. Looks like some type of lamination, and because it is a Bicentennial that adds additional value also. John1

I added a few more images. The coin is in decent shape, not spectacular, but not bad.

The color difference? I will wait for the pros to tell us what it really is. I think it is a LAM of some source. John1

The color difference is from my camera, straight on pics reflect the sheen and give it a gold tone. The last pic is darker because my shadow is between the light and the coin. Not sure how to take the best pic of a coin.

Don't clean it and handle it only by the edge. You may want to put it in a 2x2 for now. John1

First time I've seen a lamination on cladding that didn't expose the copper layer:

Do I see the word "LIBERTY" on the coin above the motto and directly above the area of the lamination error?
And what about the difference in the surface of the coin in the rectangle including OD WE UST as opposed to the rest lamination error? That area not only appears deeper but also smoother than the rest of the error area.
Could we have more than one type of problem with this coin?

That is nice ! It has laminated within the clad layer. I'm with Coop, I can't remember seeing this.

That area above the cladding maybe metal that peeled and now is in a new location the is no longer flat. Same way on 'IN'. It looks like the cladding to the right is folded over that area to the left on 'IN'.

Those two areas look bubbled to me, like the raises in a sheet that isn't taut, though the higher one does kind of look like liberty in the close up.

Most of the metal is still there. Just the peeling area folded over several directions that show the distortion of the metal. It can't be LIBERTY because Liberty is not straight on this coin. It wraps around the top of the coin.
