Could only match up the "O" and "N" of ONE in VV DDR-002.
Thought anyone?
I think they used 80 grit to polish the dies.

Not a worn die issue. It is an over polished die issue weakening the devices on the reverse. It happened a lot on the 1983 and 1984 dies that suffered a lot of clashes at that time, then polished over and over and over. The more the fields are polished away, the smaller the devices became on these coin struck by these dies.
