First,

I see die chips on the "9" and first "5" and mint mark. These are commonly called "plugged 9" and "plugged 5" and "plugged S" coins. You have three die chips, which suggests a die that had seen a lot of wear when your coin was struck.

The chips are caused when the higher parts of the die (corresponding to field-level parts of the struck coin) near the recessed parts of the date and mint mark on the die (corresponding to the raised parts of the date and mm on the coin) break off as a result of die wear or die polishing. They are common in the 1950s Lincolns, because of the high mintages and need to use dies well beyond normal die life to meet production demands.

Having three chips on one coin is interesting, but not particularly rare. It is a legitimate mint error. Many people collect them because they are interesting, but they do not command a real premium. Good eye to spot this coin, and it's worth keeping because you discovered it and it teaches something about how coins are produced.

Back then they over used the dies. Thus all the strange stuff form the 50's wheat cents are the result of that die abuse. If you ever find a roll of BU coins from that time period, when you look at them, you are disappointed of the newness of the coin and the terrible die condition the coin show.

Would be a keeper for me even if it doesn't carry any premium. Good eye
