I have been looking at this one for a couple weeks. I need some other opinions. There are not DDO's or DDR's listed for 1916-d. Take a look at this one and see what you think. Please take a look at the eye and also E PLURBIUS UNUM.

It's DDO, not DDR. I am not seeing an extra eyelid.

The movement of the devices towards the rim is not a DDR. It is Die Deterioration wear flowing in the normal direction, towards the closest rim.
