Dropping Anchor Is It A Die Break/Gouge On Reverse Of 2000-P Virginia 25ct?

What's the proper terminology for what I'm seeing on the far left ship on the reverse? Is this a die break or a gouge on the far left? It is an upraised chunk of metal. It's in a pretty cool location cause it looks like they are dropping an anchor! Report this Post to the Staff
