@GC, it is my understanding that the Blakesley effect, if present will occur on the opposite edge of the coin from the clip. On your coin, the clip is about 4 o'clock on the obv so the weakness should be located somewhere around 10 o'clock (again on the obv). I don't see pics of this area.

I'm on my way to work so I'll have to retake the photos as they didn't upload. Though I didn't see any opposing weakness.
