1993-D looks normal from what I can see on your image. (glare might be hiding what you are seeing?)

The 1995-D is show Die Deterioration. Very common on the single squeeze dies as age. They way to tell these from a doubled die? On Die Deterioration the fields are the affected area.

Getting a better understanding about doubling I inherited a lot of 1990-1999 uncirculated cents. Give me your opinion on this please THIS IS THE SAME CENT.1992 D MINT

Looks like the same issue. On the Date the DDD will be to the right, on LIBERTY it will be to the left and on the motto on the tops of the devices. DDD moves in the direction of the closest rim.

Yes, that's Die Deterioration Doubling, which is common. No added premium for this.

Looking through roughly 800 uncirculated 92s 94s 95s(not mint s)and I came across a small section in a container where there was 10 or 12 coins with what I call a polished look I've been collecting for only a couple years now I'm aware the "satin finish" didn't come out till 2008 I believe....im gonna post the pics of them I could use a little advice where I'm located in Mississippi there's no professional coin shops so you guys are my coin advisors thanks again
