coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 06/30/2019 2:05 pm The 1982 Quarters were all riding on rims that year. The master hub was swelling outwards. Even Machine Doubling made look like the coin was struck off center. But you coin is showing an issue with the die state that looks like it was the last one that was struck with that die. No premium for this, but an educational piece to show to a new collector how bad the die can get, before they are tired. Report this Post to the Staff
