This weighs 2.4 grams and has a diameter of 20 mm.

I can see a partial inscription: ludovicius XV and a few other bits and pieces, but Much to my surprise it does not match any pieces in my catalogues. It appears to be billon.

Design looks like this liard from 1720s, but metal and weight are not a match.

@tzdiema, Ithink that is it. It is terribly worn, which would account for the weight difference, and it just might be a funny toning which makes me think billon.

Liards typically range from 2.1-3.0g. The weight listed
on Numista is at the high end. This 1720-BB liard on cgb is 2.4g.

Note that both the mint master's mark, a heart after "GRATIA" on the obverse and the engraver's mark, a six-pointed star after "REX" on the reverse also match with the cgb coin. So your coin must also be from the Strasbourg mint.
