Shouldn't this be able to be taken apart? Or is it heads I win?

Should be evidence of joining somewhere. Outside edge looks pretty good - check carefully around the inside edge of both sides.

CoinFrog,
One side's rim looks smoothed over, which I think is hiding the seam. The edge of the coin is free of any seam line, which stumped me at first when studying other two-headed examples online.

If those are really well made, there will be an almost invisible line on the face of only one side. This is worth a few dollars as a novelty item.

Oh! I forgot!
It has a definite "thud" sound when dropped on wooden desk top and it weighs 10.99 grams.
It is not a "safe coin". It isn't hollow.

Check for a join on the edges of the rims, both sides. Will need a 10x magnifier glass for this.

On the last picture I think I see traces of the seam to the left of the R and above the TY.
