This chip appears on the first column to the left, looks like a nose to me. Just found.

@b7, have you tried to depress this region with a wooden toothpick? If it does, then this is a plating bubble rather than a die chip.

Agree it's a gas bubble, like many others on this coin.

Do you tilt you images when taking them? The reason I was is the obverse. The date/mintmark and Liberty look distorted. (like a doubled die) But if you are taking the images at a strong tilt, that might be what I'm seeing on the obverse. No ones has a listing for that year/mint cent. So if you are not tilting the coins when taking images, we might want to see more images of the obverse.

It would be stranse to have a die chip alone in that space...don't see any die break lines connecting to the column.

Perhaps you might try diffusing the light to prevent glare. It is the glare that you are trying to advoid Not sure what type of setup you using, but if you could post it, I bet we can make some suggestions that will help you out.
