Help With Rarity And Value Of Kennedy Half Dollar Mint Error

picklehead New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 07/06/2019 3:26 pm This is my first post on this great looking web site so hollar at me if I'm breaking any rules. I have a centennial (1976 D) Kennedy half dollar Which is missing the "N" on the back in the word "INDEPENDENCE". Is this an unusual error and does it carry much value as a result? The space between the "E" and "D" is bright and smooth and doesn't look like it was removed on purpose. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks I will attempt to get pictures posted.
