I believe the 1969S, on Liberty you have to literally see the doublings especially on the word "LIBERTY".

@karlastrd, it looks to me like this coin has a very tiny bit of a Rim Fin from about 8 to 10 o'clock. Could you please post a pic of the reverse of this coin too? Thx.

 Even from a distance, you can see that your coin is not from this die. Machine Doubling is very common on the 1968-1972 cents.
