I see what may be a little "finning" on the rims because of minor die misalignment, but no doubling.

Very faint but last 6 has 2 pointer lines at tip. T in states has t slightly to left, other areas are maybe too fine to pick up...

@BV, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree that close-up pics of these areas would help. When I enlarge and enhance your current pics, the result is a bit too pixelated to see enough:

It's certainly not a doubled die. There's only 1 for that year

& it's a DDR.
