The area around the 'O' on one is often weak on these wheat cents. Kind of like the Memorial cents on the "STATES OF" area. A lot of metal movement to form the obverse sometimes leaves less metal on the reverse. The area on America is also an area where there is often some weakness. Often blamed on a Struck Through Grease error.
So the first question is the weight of the coin? If the coin is light, then it maybe a weak strike because of the lack of metal from a thinned planchet. If the weight is normal, then I would lean more towards a Struck Through Grease fill issue. (on both areas) Beings there is no full images of the obverse, I can tell if the head area is also weak. (again the thinned planchet theory) or if it is normal, a full strike with the reverse having a Struck Through Grease issue.

Struck Through Grease? Weigh your coin and see if the weight is normal (correct weight is supposed to be 3.1 grams).

If you are looking at LIBERTY, then the same damage that was done on the head also also damaged those devices, making them look wider. But the damage to the coin pretty much reduces it to just a Wheat cent status. (cull coin)
