I wish there was more detail on the bust. Based on the shape of the crown I believe its Edward I Spink 1421,

The spelling of the name in full as EDWARDVS narrows the attribution to Edward III. Pre-Treaty, class Gg. Spink 1600; North 1220.

O +EDWARDVS REX ANGLI Z. Initial cross pattée. Saltire stops. Trefoil of pellets on breast.
R: CIVI TAS DVR EME. Crozier before CIVI. Pellets separating letters T-A-S.
