Hello all. I would appreciate it if you guys could grade this coin for me. Thanks a lot.

1903-IHC

I just want to say that the "U" is toned slightly differently than the rest of the coin. It is not dented or damaged as it would appear.

I can't quite make out details on the obverse that might show wear, but I'll guess AU55 or possibly better for now. If those are hits in the legend, I might downgrade to AU50.

Kurt is spot on...attractive patina not intentionally cleaned but obverse
got scraped recently(within the past few years)

My first impression was AU55 but then I noticed the first "S" in STATES, is that a big scratch from the nose to the S or just the lighting?

That is just the lighting. After I posted the pictures I saw that "scratch" and I went to go check and see if it was actually on the coin. It isn't visible to the naked or magnification. So it must be lighting.
