coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 07/25/2019 1:45 pm I wanted to say no also for the same question on the '9', because the '9' looked like the '9' is pushed aside. But thinking a bit more about it. The wire/bristle struck with the die looks like it, bent on the top area above the date. But it has and allowed the metal to form around the that struck through.
