Well, the 1955 DDO is a "holy grail" coin. Aside from that, the 1960 small date, plus the '61-2-3 Denvers all carry moderate premiums in mid-MS.

Several come to mind. Not to exclude the 2019w which is currently way over inflated. Some of the more modern coins meant for circulation would include the 1998, 1999 and 2000 Wide AM. That would be the spacing of the A and M in America. These can bring big money in higher MS ranges. The Lincoln Cent is a great beginner series. You'll need a book or two since there are many, many varieties which affect value.

I am not a variety expert, but the only well-known "big money" coin I can think of in that span is the 1955 DDO. to the CCF!

Look for the 1955 DDOLook for the 1958 DDOLook for the 1960 D/D Small/Large Date A 1956 is good in high grade, but still not worth much.

They can be really pretty and not make the grade, but always best to know what to look for as far as condition goes and learn when you see a MS67 or better to be able to recognize it and you can find condition rarities even on common run of the mill dates.
Every year they crank out millions and billions of coins and of those theres the one in a million or billion pristine coin just done right by accident and its perfect. Most people have no idea and as a result they get damaged and become just another penny in a sea of pennies.
Still knowing one when you see one goes a long way to making rhe big bucks. Any year has this possibility of a top population, highest graded coin worth thousands. I'd say look for the coins already mentioned of course but, along the way, if you happen across a cent truly perfect to the eye on both sides, and still looks perfect under like 5x magnification.. you might have something there that will grade in the top population of any given year even though it's not a double die or an over date or error, just a really really nice coin.
If they are as nice as you say, there could be a gem in the bunch.
Good luck on the hunt and use care handling the coins of course!

Great info guys. I go thtough oodles of coins every day trying to find errors, but I saw some videos of experts showing non error coins in great condition that sold for thousands! Even some that I have. Every time I get my hopes up it gets shot down. I'm trying to learn what to look for. I have several that are just beautiful. Ive never seen wheat pennies as perfect as the ones I have. I cant hardly use my led magnifier because of the glare and shine on it. Thanks for the info guys

I'd recommend watching some of Blue Ridge Silverhound's videos. He makes great videos on any Lincoln cents in high grade that are worth money, and which ones would be qualified to get graded.
