Possible damage from a wrapping/counting machine? You will get a better response if you show your pics right-side up.

I see a Very Late Die State coin with heavy Die Deterioration and heavy die flow lines. Not an error, but part of the normal consequences of die use. Normal wear and tear on the dies.

Vending machines and gum ball machines, casinos do a lot of damage to a coin. It was normal when it was struck. Now it's not.
