2000 D Nichel Reverse Looks Like Airstrike

I found a 2000 d nickel it appears to have a meteor strike going on the reverse of the coin to the point that the second-tier of the building looks like a meteorite struck a big hole in it but you can see the markings that normally would be in the front top are now pushed to the back of the crater.

First, Second, . If the mark is incuse, its damage, or PSD. If it is raised, its most likely a die chip.
