I do a lot of roll hunting. Primarily quarters, but some dimes, nickels, and pennies as well. It would be nice to have a quarter "cheat sheet" to check against for errors while I'm roll hunting. Does anyone know if something like this is easily available? Currently I'll simply sort by year and then Google errors for that year... It works but is very time consuming.

to the CCF! You can go to doubleddie.com or VarietyVista.com. They pretty much have everything covered.

Let's define this a bit. When en you say errors, and we post variety sites, is that for sure what he means? Errors is a term misconstrued. You have errors of striking, errors that are altered coins, errors as die events and then variety coins. So finding what he really means is of first concern. So what are you interested in finding?

Thank you Coop for asking that question as a lot of people interchange the terms and they really are different "creatures".

Sorry for the late reply. For example, there's the newly discovered double ear on the 2018-D cent, and the various DDO's on the late 90s cents. I guess this would be varieties is what I should have said.
