I Found A 1986 LMC With A Strange Rim Error Plus L Missing.

It looks like Die Deterioration has caused what I think is known as a Rim Ridge(?) Not really an error, it was just a die that was needing replacement.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

Just a severely worn die issue. Very common. See it all of the time.
