1966 P LMC Weird Mark

so I came across this and don't really know what to make of it. The planchet doesn't have any scratches next to the flattened letters in liberty, just a double rim to that side. I compared the date to a regular dated 1966. Let me know what you guys think....

Tilted Die Strike? Also, "LIBERTY" shows pushed over and flattened metal, so it's just PSD.

LIB is circulation damage and the double rim I am not sure.

Probably vending machine damage. Note how the devices are flattened.
