Struck through a mid to late stage capped die where the die cap is a full brockage piece.

Planchet was struck but stayed in the collar.
A planchet was fed in and struck creating a full brockage coin. This coin sticks to the obv die and the lower coin is ejected.
Coins continue to be struck between the rev die and the obv brockage stuck to the obv die. As these coins are struck the brockage cap spreads and thins to the point where the details of the obv die start to show through.
This coin is then struck is then struck.
