I think I see a finger print or a palm print. Is the patterned toning what you're asking about?

I really can't tell what the arrows point to. Sorry.

Fingerprints alter the natural surface because of things on our hands like grease, salt (sweat) and acidic substances. (Vinegar, ketchup and salsa) And other things you don't want to year about. (Body fluids, mucus, saliva, sneeze droplets and other things I don't even want to mention)
