The edges are pressed over. The center is waffled . This does not seem to be PMD . Thanks for any input...Rick

It is PSD. The coin at one time was pressed into a holder. The way the coin is help in the holder is the pressing it into the holder. The edge shows the coin was squashed. So it you get one of the holders with the coin in it, leave it there. It has more value in the holder, than when removed, reduced to a cull coin. So the coin was altered. Still a damage Wheat cent though.

So pressure was applied to the outside edge to roll the rim in the holder, also causing the center to buckle ...ok got it ! Thanks Coop

Junk coin. No knowledgeable collector would give you a premium for it.
