I think this is a doubled die because the doubling is not flat, like a shelf, the doubling does not make the original lettering (devices) smaller to where it fits inside the doubling like Machine Doubling does and the doubling appears to have height and depth.
What do you think? I also think this is the minor variety of the 1972 LMCDDO as noted in the PCGS Coin App under 1972 DDO Variety.
By matching do you mean to suggest that I match it against the other 11 or 12 DDO for the year 1972? I used Wexler and I came up with WDDO-003 Stage A. Thoughts?
