I could find no examples of this at all on line, so I was curious about everyone's opinions. Seems to bee doubling on the first 9 and the mint mark.

Typical Machine Doubling. On a doubled die the devices would be enlarged, reduced in size. Very common to find MD on 1968-1972 cents.
