1909 LWC - Die Clash Die Crack - Woody- Die Chip Error Coin

Ok First should there be a VDB mark on this coin or not? If yes, Its MISSING. The coin has multiple Errors also looking at the bottom of the bust it looks like it has been struck a few times or Is It Die issues ? Also Double Eye? Thanks for your help. DDO ?

They started out having them on the reverse between the wheat stems. But because of public outrage they removed entirely until 1918 when they put is on the base of the shoulder.

They used to have V.D.B. With the dots until 1934 when the dots were no longer seen:

They are still there on today's coins, but without the dots.

No, it's a plain 1909. No VDB. I see the crack. The R looks like it took a hit. I guess it's a clash under his chin but it just looks like it's not in the right position.

BTW: Nice coin!!

Probably a contact mark from circulation if no other devices around it are not affected.

Thanks E&V , I got this coin 3 days ago at a small coin shop. I bought 6 Old Wheat rolls From a friend named Dennis, He's the owner I don't know how he gets um ill have to ask lol. I think a lot of my error have come from his rolls.

And to add, this isn't a doubled eye but part of the design. Lots more detail and care in the early years. Just like some of the beard details are very pronounced.
And that's a nice strong clash at the neck.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

What ever ; I love the eye appeal on this coin . Not so sure it's a Woodie but the color blend of red and brown is ever so tantalizing !
