The serial number is interesting but doesn't add any value. Modern stars are heavily dependent on grade and generally need to be uncirculated to hold collectors interest. I bought a pair of these a while back and sent one in for grading. I was hoping for GEM, and much to my surprise, it came back 66EPQ. One of the few times I believe a note was overgraded.
