1990 D Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC Doubled Die Obverse / DDO New Double Die Eye ?

Daves Errors Pillar of the Community United States 1566 Posts	Posted 08/20/2019 2:29 pm Variety Vista has a 1990 P DDO-001 One of the markers is a double eye. They have no 1990 D's Listed. Could this be a New Find DDO-001 Double Eye? There are no other markers on this coin its a normal coin other then the Eye. Thanks for your help.
