Is the obverse/reverse rim wear or a weak strike?

Almost looks like a Coinandcards coin. I think that's his ebay name.

Not happy with the beaded rims of this coin, and the roughness of the fields - both sides. Had a look at the range of conditions of the Braided large Cents on Photograde. In none of the images of Photograde, are there any images of the fields similar to the coin pictured here.
Does the coin have a 'greasy' feeling about it?
There is some evidence of tooling between the letters of 'UNITED" and 'STATES'.
I would really appreciate to be corrected in some of the doubts I have expressed.

The coin appears to have been struck with very late state dies from the look of the rims, and the surfaces display the flow lines typical of late state dies. The surfaces are the best part of the coin. The intact flow lines appear to indicate that the surfaces have not been rubbed. The color is not typical as the photo seems overexposed due to a really bright light shining on the coin. Photos under more normal lighting conditions would be helpful and will post them when the coin arrives.

The die state factors and unusual coloring reduce the appeal considerably, imo.

@ numismatic student: I have been looking at Google Images 'worn coin dies', and have been considering a range of images for comparison.

I don't see radial flow lines with the coin that is the subject of this thread.

AU-58 details, cleaned and recolored. Most likely a 1970's whiz job judging from all the dimples on the entire surface both sides.
