I don't think that is accurate, this is major PSD, probably spent some time in an acid bath or something, spender

It is worth one cent. Copper plated cents do not have lamanations. It is a circulation damaged coin showing zinc rot. It looks like it had plating debris that pierced the copper plating causing the zinc rot to start.
