I got this one as change the other day and I was wondering if this is an error or maybe just a really beat up quarter?

@Armenta90201, first welcome to CCF. Second, yes your coin is really beat up. With that said, it looks like the clad layers may be slightly unbonding. We have seen the application of high heat cause this, but I'm not sure that this was done to your quarter.

Coins are like cars. Certain ones are more desirable than others. Cars are worth more in great condition. But a wreaked car is less desirable. Coins have different values in different instances. No one set price for every coin. Even coin guides are not much help if you don't know what lowers or raises the value, even on BU coins.
