What does it look like: Around 50% of the dies this year from all three mints can have this. So it is very common. On the line you are looking at on the motto, not it is incuse. A die crack will show a raised line, Why: A did crack is incuse on the die, raised on the coins. 99% of incuse marks on a coin is coin damage. Report this Post to the Staff
