Here I believe it shows a die crack. Beginning at the bottom of last t in Trust running diagonally across to eye.

Looks normal to me. Just seeing a well circulated coin with surface staining.

You maybe seeing "Master Die Doubling" On your coin. What does it look like:
1972-Penny-Can-Someone-Please-Tell-Me-If-Ts-Doubled-Profile-Or-Just-DD
Around 50% of the dies this year from all three mints can have this. So it is very common. On the line you are looking at on the motto, not it is incuse. A die crack will show a raised line, Why:
1972-Penny-Can-Someone-Please-Tell-Me-If-Ts-Doubled-Profile-Or-Just-DD
A did crack is incuse on the die, raised on the coins. 99% of incuse marks on a coin is coin damage.

So in this image The extra line beginning at the bottom of hairline running all the way down neck running and his back its Die Deterioration?

Hard to say without coin in hand, may be a stain may be a part filled die (small/thin amount of grease). However I think we can all agree it's a spender..(unless you save copper)..good luck on future finds,have fun hunting....
