we would need photo's of the entire coin, front and back, and you need to put the title and year of the coin, in the header, then put the coin in the proper section to get help..

I think I am seeing Die Deterioration of some form. The surfaces also look either plated or polished.

The pictures leave a lot to be desired. The images, when close enough, are taken at some wierd extreme angles.
