For context my Aunt who lives up the street is a head teller at one of the local, larger, SunTrust banks. Anytime she finds anything, she drops it of for me. She's started a Wheat cent album of her own. She texted me this morning that a customer brought this in today. They still circulate folks!

It's good to have an extra set of eyes looking for treasures, especially when they work at a Bank. It's a unique advantage that not many of us enjoy. Congratulations on your new addition Mr.Grape !

Yep, I would tell you to go say hi, but I don't know how to spell her name in English.

Wow, that is incredible. I am looking for them at banks to add to my collection. I have some tellers who I have befriended, and they save any silver or old coins for me

"One Dollar in Silver"
I guess not exchangeable for silver anymore, but if it was, it would buy approximately 1.7 grams of fine silver.
Not very much.

It's the thought that counts.
