Sorry about the lighting, this coin is so reflective its hard to get a good shot of it. It looks much better in person than in the photos. Any thoughts on grade would be appreciated.
(the spot at 11:00 on the third pic isn't there anymore, I just carefully wiped it off)

Not sure what you want - appears you are asking for validation of MS68 for this very common coin?

Your nice photographs do indeed show a superior MS example - grade is beyond my skills to say.

I'm thinking this is likely a premium priced coin ... for Registry set fans ... if in a PCGS/NGC MS68 holder.

Let us know how that works out for you.

Yes, I was just wondering if anyone had any opinions on grade. There's a lot of money to be made with high grade modern coins. It may be a common year, but PCGS price guide for MS68 is $475, and the auction prices back it up pretty well. This coin seems to be even better than the ones sold on heritage.

There are a lot of contact marks on this coin. I don't think it approaches a 68. Nicer than most I've seen, though.

Beautiful coin, but would I bet on a 68 from these pics? Definitely not.
Rest in Peace

MS 66. Eye Appeal 9/10. The rims have enough love taps to restrict a 68.

If 68's were common, we would all be mucho rich.

Not a Coin I'd bet a grading fee on.

I agree with moxking, nick10 and greasy fingers.

I think you have a nice MS66 probably a MS66+ maybe they give it a MS67 pr 67+ but I don't think they give it a MS68 due to the edge rim lines not being solidly smooth. It's not a "clearly MS68" in my book and would be a gamble if you sent it for grading. If you could be happy with at worst a MS66, but more likely MS66+,MS67, or 67+ as the result I'd say send it. But if you wouldn't be happy with that then I'd say keep looking for something a bit cleaner than this as a MS68 candidate. Very slight contact marks on the jacket that's not bad. I just feel that rim will keep it out of MS68, pretty much the only reason for it not to be a 68 actually. Eye appeal is still really great.
