I was coin searching and saw this penny that looks to have errors on "United" and on the Lincoln memorial at the bottom? In the front of the coin, I see lines going through Lincoln face and upper body. Personally, it looks like a mint mistake? Tell me y'all opinion.

Fthose lines across Abe's face are odd, but look like damage to me.

Looks like someone damaged the coin. I do not think any of that happened when it was struck at the mint. Are those cut marks running through Lincoln? Like someone actually scratched it?
