Not really sure if that's very slight separation or just lighting effects. Since I can't see any thickness I'm thinking lighting. Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups. On the C, it may be a die clash, but I don't know exactly how that works out at the moment. LIBERTY still looks normal with a tad of Die Deterioration.
