First photo tough to make a judgement from...One can see DDD on date and mm. Have you checked it against VV for a rpm?

DDD, the devises show metal flow towards the rim. The mintmark isn't the only devise affected.

If the weight is normal 2.7G, then The mintmark maybe a Struck Through Grease issue, with die wear on the SW direction on the mintmark. Note the '3' is also showing die wear as well. So it is not a RPM. If it is a bit heavy, it may have been re-processed?
