It is definitely not a coin:it lacks a place of origin and a denomination.
Unfortunately you have what is sometimes called a "maverick" token meaning the issuer/ purpose is unknown. It does look relatively modern, meaning 1950 and newer. There are so many tokens that cannot be identified, and there are no general catalogues of tokens. Sometimes by a fluke one of the members here has seen it and maybe you will be lucky.
